It is near the small TESCO's; it enjoys urban/rural views and is on the mainline bus service. There is a modern, renovated shared through lounge and a large fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher and 2 fridge 2 ovens. Partial cleaning services are included. The house is in a quiet and respectable neighbourhood, currently with Polish tenants. The house is a quiet, restful and warm place to live.

We are close to the hospital, Heasandford industrial area and Junction 12 of the M65.

It has ample off road parking space and an enjoyable garden area to the rear. There are two shared toilets & one shared bathroom. Because we already have a great + friendly vibe in the house and know that you will want to maintain this it is essential that we meet up before agreeing a let.
