Master Bedroom in shared house by the canal

Includes all bills. But please don't go mad and run up a big electricity bill or we would need to change that.
The room that is available is the largest room in the house.
One other person occasionally uses the back room.
The caravan on the path is occupied by someone who also uses the amenities.
The third bedroom just gets used as a store room.

We have two requirements of you
Our ideal occupant would be a reasonable person who 1. just pays promptly and
2. doesn't get aggressively drunk (happy drunk is OK I guess).

Smoking is OK just so long as it isn't heroine or crack.

Photos are old and room is currently empty and about to get refitted. It will look different depending on which day you look at it.
The bed is still in the garage and needs to be assembled.

A friendly and quiet family in the attached semi detached house and it would be ideal if you get along with them too

You are entitled to get upset about stuff and voice your opinions.
