Comfortable, rural home with safe parking

I am hoping to replace my previous PGCE student to make use of my very roomy furnished annexe. There is a bedroom, large sitting room with TV, kitchenette, shower, loo and patio and also ample parking - all for exclusive use in the annexe. The cost includes utilities and there is broadband connection and a shared washing machine for use in the main housealong with ample broadband and some limited broadband in the annexe.
There could also be a possibility of a further room to let in the main house for a 'female student or midweek professional' and once again, there is ample car parking and the room would be a small furnished double with shared use of general ameneties in the house. The cost for this would be less than that of the annexe.
