Description
I have an almost totally self contained annexe which enjoys safe parking and central heating. It also boasts a living room with TV, sofa, dining table and woodburner as well as a double bedroom, shower cubicle, WC and kitchenette.
In the past, I have had PGCE students from Edgehill using the annexe and they have found it a safe, comfortable and quiet environment for study.
The costs would be £100 a week for a student with all bills included and a midweek professional would also be considered for a reduced rent.
