Midweek professional or fulltime student sought

We are looking for either a midweek female professional OR possibly a fulltime female student to join our household.
The house is large and comfortable with ample safe parking and there are all the usual facilities of a modern home. The room contains a double bed, chest of drawers, desk, wardrobe and bedside table and the shared bathroom is clean and close by.
A car driver is a must and the room would be perfect for someone who wanted to stay in the area just midweek due to work commitments or alternatively a student. Edgehill university is not too far from Burscough.
Should the person be midweek only, then a reduced rent could be arranged to reflect this.
We have had a variety of people staying here in the past and the hosue is a happy and comfortable one.
I have two small dogs but they are also very friendly.
