Preferred housemate would be clean and tidy, that likes a quiet life , definitely not a party home so probably more suited to someone who wants a relaxing space to rest in and sleep well.
Any questions please ask , I'm super friendly and considerate and would like house mates to be respectful and of a similar likeminded nature :)
The kitchen is an extended space and open plan , it's a really nice to be in, especially if you're into cooking.
