Room to rent with female live in landlord

Hey,

I have a room to rent which is available from January. I am a live in landlord and I am a 24 year old female professional. I am tidy and like to go out at weekends and have quiet nights in the week. I am looking for a female lodger who is very clean and tidy and respectful 😊
I have a friendly house cat and I am a non smoker and would prefer a non smoker.
My house has a shared lounge, dining room, kitchen and a bathroom. The bedroom is furnished and has a double bed. It is on for £600 pcm but I am happy to discuss the price if I think we’ll get on well. All bills are included.

There is on street parking at the front and the back of the house and it is close to public transport links and the motorway for getting into Manchester City Centre.

I currently work from home so ideally looking for someone who works Mon - Friday or who isn’t at home during the weekdays.
