Large room, Lovely home Prestwich / Whitefield ..

A lovely light filled room is available to rent. The room has Sky Q box and TV, Dishwasher, washing machine, the rental includes the cost of a cleaner (covid dependent). Down a quiet lane in Whitefield with trees all around. 17 minutes on the tram to Manchester (zone 3). And a couple of stops to Bury (zone 3/4) 4 minute walk to buses, which go to Manchester / Bury. There is also a two room option, which would mean a bedroom and an additional room, which can be used as a sitting room. This would cost more but I'm happy to look into this as an option. Room available as current lodger is moving in with his girlfriend.

The room has access to large bathroom, shower and large bath. It's furnished with a double bed, mattress and apparently is very comfortable. 2 large fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers. I have some extra storage space if needed. There is plenty of safe on street parking and a shed for a bicycle (at own risk). It's a quiet neighbourhood.

As it's home rather than a HMO style share, I'm looking for a tidy, friendly lodger, who preferably will be pet friendly, as I share my home with two friendly cats. It's not a show home, so please don't expect perfection, but it is clean and tidy! I'm an intelligent, well travelled housemate, who loves a good debate over a glass of wine. but also like to respect each others space.

I will take out references and run a full Open Rent check.
