Large double room with en-suite includes a lot of storage, there’s a double bed, bedside cabinet, big wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and a 3 tier shelf in the room. It also has a microwave.

The en-suite is nice, with a large and spacious shower, toilet and sink, it also has areas for storage having a mirrored cabinet as well as a storage cabinet at the bottom of the sink.

The house is newly renovated, I’m the first person to take the room so it’s virtually brand new. The flat mates are all nice, clean and hospitable. The kitchen is always left clean and huge. We always have a communal cleaner who comes to clean fortnightly.

There’s a cinema room which bodes a 50 inch smart TV and sofa so you can relax there too and there’s parking behind the house.

Location: The property is in the heart of Bury town centre and is right by The Rock. Amenities are just around a corner so you’ll never struggle. Looking for someone to take over my tenancy of this gorgeous room because I’m relocating for my job! Available immediately.
