Small double room

I have a small furnished double room in my terrace where me and my dog live. A nice small yard with rear access looking over trees . Parking to both front and back.
I am nurse and health visitor.
Shared living facilities. In the process of doing up kitchen.. but will also be a working kitchen don't worry.
No tram stop here in Ramsbottom but only 5 minutes drive to motorway. Beautiful walks and sunsets around us. Great little high street for having a drink or a coffee.
