We have a home-based business downstairs, that is manned 5 mornings a week, but afternoons, evenings and weekends the whole house is empty

there is a kitchen, a very large bathroom (inc corner bath) and 2 large bedrooms upstairs and full kitchen, lounge and toilet downstairs

there is scope to make the upstairs second room an office

the house is stunning, sky, superfast 1 GB wifi/BB, loads of parking, 2 x 65in TVs & sky, Netflix/prime

As the house is empty, I need someone I can implicitly trust, this isn't for couples, students, shared rentals, self-employed, recent splits, or people wanting kids to stay over and def no pets...
