We are a professional gay couple, good sense of humor, easy going and very tidy. I am looking for a lodger who is a responsible individual, got a job, and is tidy.

The room is located on a separate floor so it gives you full privacy and you also have gardens in the front and back of the house.

The location is ideal as it is located off Manchester road with easy access to bus and trams to Manchester city centre. Shops, Post Office, Pubs and Restaurants are also just minutes away from the house which makes it ideal.
