I work as a structural engineer in Kendal and live locally. The two rooms are occupied by a HGV driver who only uses the house at weekends after the working week and the other works at Heysham powerstation and uses the room as a stop gap between his house in Wigan during night shifts so is here a couple of days a week. So overall a quiet house.
