In the main house the lodger is welcome to use the dining area and share the sitting room. The upstairs bathroom is shared and includes a shower, sink and loo. We've just had a new boiler fitted too!
Outside, there is a small front garden and a back yard space. On pavement, free parking is found on the adjoining streets.
