Hi! We, Stuart & Debbie, have a ground floor living area to rent. The house is a modern town house (2007) with our living space upstairs.
The let is Monday to Friday only (at a cost of £360) Would suit someone working in the area and going home at weekends.
You will have a Large Bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobe and Private En-suite with shower, basin and toilet.
There is a separate furnished sole use lounge downstairs with TV and access to garden via patio doors. There is also a small utility room with sink and washing machine (joint use)and a microwave , kettle and fridge which you would have sole use of. There is crockery and cutlery provided or you can bring your own as there is plenty of cupboard space. There is use of a hob/cooker upstairs. The house has free Wi-Fi/ Internet access.

The house is close to all local amenities and Train and Bus routes 5 minutes from junction 35 of the M6. Lancaster is approx 10 minutes by train. The House is situated in a development just off North Road and in a quiet area near the canal.
