Looking for flat mate

Hi im a 20 year old male with a 2 bedroom apartment in catterall, preston with washing facilitys, broadband and a balcony with a beutiful view across a golf course, its in a quite area with off street parking, nice neighbor's and plenty of breathing room. The room is a single with bed and set of draws and the rest of the apartment is furnishind including the livingroom and the kitchen
The total rent including base rent and bills would come to 350 all in all and the other half paid by myself
