Beautiful double room in rural location that has been recently refurbished. Property is dormer bungalow with a nice garden. A sole use lounge is available . The house is 5 minutes from the bus stop with buses to Lancaster Preston and Blackpool. I am a 10 minutes walk from the local amenities shop pub cafe. The market town of garstang is 2 km away. I am a retired college lecturer, very much an outdoor type liking walking and cycling. I am looking for easy going person who will respect the property. A couples rate can be discussed . Dave
