Furnished single room in a 3bed end terrace

I live in a modern three bed end of terrace property. I am looking for someone to share my home with. I enjoy the company of having another person in the house.
I like to cook and myvhouse is clean and tidy with a modern feel. The room has a single bed in it, though this opens out to a comfortable double bed. I have a large and comfortable living room and kitchen which would be shared and a modern bathroom with a large bath and a power shower. I am happy to clean communal areas but ask that you keep your room clean and tidy and do your own washing and laundry.
There is a sofa bed in the living room if friends or family require somewhere to stay occasionally.
I am a happy and friendly person and have been a lodger myself in the past.
