• Spacious kitchen with large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washer-dryer. Open-plan with adjacent dining area with 4-person table.

• Male, 27 with easy-going lifestyle, looking for housemate with similar lifestyle. Happy for housemate to have guests over.
• Vegan, so preference for a vegan/vegetarian housemate but not essential.

• IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ: I own a lovely English Cocker-Spaniel (2 years, 5 months old) who has some anxiety (startled by loud noises) but is affectionate once he’s familiar with you. It’s very important that you like dogs and you’re happy to live with him so I’m happy to provide more info about him and ensure you meet him before moving in!
• I enjoy going to the gym, running, movies, cooking. I have guests over regularly but not a noisy housemate.

Contract:

• I currently rent the property and looking to renew for 12 months, current housemate moving out. Rolling contract option available, looking for someone to commit to at least 3 months, ideally more than 6 months.
• £577 pcm, bills not included but already set-up. Good Wi-Fi with booster currently set-up. Bills roughly £220 pcm currently.
