Room to rent

Please read the requirements before messaging myself regarding the room. Thank you. Double bed with quilt and pillows included. Set of 3 deep draws in bedroom, 2 storage draws in the bathroom, cupboard in the kitchen and storage in the fridge and freezer.
Bills include all household bills including WIFI but doesn't include your food shop.
Shared facilities are the living room, bathroom and kitchen.
House includes a medium dog which is very friendly.
If you have a car it is on street parking.
