Double room, whole house

I have a spare double room available in my two bedroom house to let. I'm a contractor so I work away most of the time and only come back every 7/14 days or so for a couple of days at a time therefore you would have the whole house to yourself 80% of the time.

You will have full use of the kitchen, living room, conservatory, bathroom, garden, washer and dryer. There is also fast fibre wifi.

For the rare time I am home there is two living spaces both with sofas and a TV so we would have our own spaces to relax.

There is a nice garden at the back with seating that is bright and sunny throughout the day and in the evening.

Chorley train station is a 10 minute walk and the town centre is a 15 / 20 minute walk.

Would consider a reduction on the rate for a mon - fri let, I'm pretty flexible.

Someone clean and tidy is a must.
