Double room with family bathroom

Looking for a clean and tidy person to share my home with. Someone sociable ideally. I wfh a lot and like to exercise most days as well as walk my border collie.

It's a 5 bed house, so plenty of space. There's a drive and it's a gated street so very secure. Theres a garage which has a small gym in it and some storage space. Shared lounge but also a 2nd lounge with a TV and sofa and desk if you prefer your own space. I have a cleaner once a week but like to keep the house tidy also.

The room isn't ensuite but there's a big family bathroom which would be for your primary use unless I have friends over in the spare room.
