Hi, I have a double room available.
The house is around 10-12mins walk to Chorley train station which has a direct line to Manchester and Preston/ North, or a 25 minute walk to Euxton train station for links to Wigan and Liverpool.
I’m quite sociable, but also fairly good at recognising when someone might need some peace and quiet. I am very respectful of others and their space.
I look to keep the place clean and tidy and I have a cleaner once a week.
The house has an an office room, a large cellar and two conservatories.
Generally no pets but obviously there are a wide range so happy to discuss.
