Double bedroom, ensuite

Hi, I have a double room available which has an en-suite bathroom.

The house is around 10-12mins walk to Chorley train station which has a direct line to Manchester and Preston/ North, or a 25 minute walk to Euxton train station for links to Wigan and Liverpool.

I’m quite sociable, but also fairly good at recognising when someone might need some peace and quiet. Generally I see the house as a place to relax so tend not to party at home.

I look to keep the place clean and tidy and I have a cleaner once a week., though it’s a working home, not a show home. The house also has an office.

All bills are included with the exception of a £50/ month supplement during winter only (Nov until the end of Feb).
