There is only myself living in the property (I won't be renting out the third bedroom as using this as an office). I am 33, moved to Chorley a couple of years ago and enjoy socialising, reading, and having a few drinks in a sunny beer garden somewhere! I don't have any pets, but do look after my sister's dog 1-2 days a week whilst I am working from home.
I am quite a clean and tidy person so would be looking for someone clean and respectable.
