Double Room with en-suite in Clayton Le Woods

Hi

We are looking to rent out our spare room as we will be travelling some of the time for work.

Matt and I are a young couple with our 2yr old labradoodle Winnie. Matt will be travelling for work and away during the week and I WFH so will be splitting my time with him and at home.

We have a 5 bedroom house with large kitchen/ diner as well as separate lounge so there is plenty of space. The room also has its own TV point.

We have been renovating the house since we moved in and this room is freshly decorated with new carpet and a brand new en-suite bathroom. There is also a separate family bathroom and downstairs W/C and we have our own en-suite.

We are a social couple, like to go to the local pub quiz. I like to walk with Winnie and go to the gym. Ideally I’d like to have someone who is happy to have a chat or watch some TV etc but is independent. Winnie is also an excitable dog, she does calm down once she knows you but if you don’t like dogs this isn't going to be the house for you. (Good news she doesn’t shed)

Room is cost inclusive of bills.
