I regard the downstairs lounge areas as my own private space, however the lounge nearest to kitchen is available to eat meals with TV.

Ideally a professional needing weekday only accommodation.

12 min walk to Chorley train and main stations.

Only myself usually in the property so house is fairly quiet.
