The Kitchen has a washing machine, tumble drier, built in cooker and hob, fridge/freezer, ninja air fryer and a microwave. Potential tenants must be clean and tidy and a non-smoker. The rent is to be paid 4 weekly with 4 weeks rent in advance. Proof of employment needed. Pets welcome. No Couples. There is a fair usage policy for Gas and Electric.
