Off road parking available, the house is located in a quiet friendly area. It's close to motorway access and walking distance to Tescos and local train station. I have 1 small friendly dog. I also work split shifts so at times I will be working evenings and weekends. Rent is £350 including bills and council tax. House is fully furnished. Bedroom has a single bed plus furnishings though it is big enough for a double bed if you want to bring your own.
