Looking for a clean and tidy house-mate for a house share.

I would consider negotiating a reduced price for a Mon-Fri let.

Double room available to rent in well finished shared 3 bed house (2 occupants). Double bed with a comfy mattress, large chest of draws and double wardrobe. Own parking space available.

Ideal and sought after area on Buckshaw Village. Easily commutable to Manchester, Preston, Leyland, Chorley, Liverpool, Blackpool, Lancaster etc etc via the M6 or M61 a few minutes away by car or the train station on the village (just a short 5-10 minute walk away).

Tesco, Aldi KFC, Dominos, coffee shops, hairdressers and restaurants/pubs also a short few minutes walk away.

Apologies the pictures aren't the best and definitely don't do the house justice. The room currently has a extra large double bed which incorporates some storage, can supply own bed if wish to A must see!
