FEMALE LODGER ONLY PLEASE benefits with living with us rather than doing a house share is you don't have any say who you live with.. your landlord chooses your housemates...with living with us you will be the only lodger. living with a married couple who get along like best friends.. in a lovely cosy safe home.....my husband works nights so would only feel comfortable with another female as my husband works night shift...Double attic cinema room. fully furnished...first room.. double bed.. double wardrobe.. chest of drawers..42intv... second Room.. brand new movie recliners...new movie rug and cushions.. new retro fridge. movie projector with 100 in projector screen.. LED lights.. stunning little living area.. brand new kitchen and brand new gorgeous bathroom with free standing bath and walk in rain fall shower.. lovely back garden with. rattan furniture. double egg chair.. fish pond with water feature.. gorgeous home through out... ...must like dogs. as we have 3 gorgeous well behaved dogs..2 pugs and a Frenchie......after a easy going professional lodger.. clean tidy respectfull....the living room is not a shared space as you have your own living area in the attic. its like a little flat up there.. it really is nice.. bathroom
