Double attic cinema Room

Converted double attic cinema room to rent... sorry only after a FEMALE lodger as my husband works nights...so would only feel comfortable with another female I'm afraid...

ROOM 2 IS A CINEMA 🎥 ROOM. with two new movie recliners with cup holders. movie cushions. movie rug.. Led lights, new movie projector with 100 in-movie screen. retro fridge.. nest of tables and infrared remote wall heater and radiators..... window skylights in each room that fully open..

We also have 3 amazing house trained dogs. two pugs and Frenchie.. safe to say we love animals 😁

BATHROOM. gorgeous new bathroom with walk in shower. free standing bath..

GARDEN.. newly Indian flag stone with 3 seater rattan furniture. double egg chair. with large fish pond with water feature 10 gold fish 2 koi carp

KITCHEN.. new fitted kitchen with integrated appliances.. dining table

A bit about us.. we're pretty chilled and relaxed. we just like to chill at weekends, take our dogs on nice walks then binge watch TV.. have the odd meal out or go away to a lodge somewhere with our dogs.. sometimes make a nice casserole or roast dinner at weekend and always plate lodger some up if we do.

AREA.. Clayton mini market shop very close.. also a cash point.. bus top 20 yard up the road.. Chinese restaurant 100 yards up the road. another convenient store.. pub 200 yards down the road and motorway only 2 minutes away

LODGER after a chilled out female .. clean and tidy. who is easy to get along with. we will respect your space and boundaries . living room is not shared as you have your own private space.. obviously kitchen, bathroom and garden shared...
