Good size double bedroom available in my home within the Low Moor area of Clitheroe. There is off road parking and a nice garden with seating to enjoy, its a quiet area. ideally located - walking into Clitheroe town centre takes just 10 to 15 minutes, Roefield Gym & pool is down the road and open countryside just a mile away.

I retired last year, like to think I’m friendly, outgoing and easy to get along with. I enjoy travel, often away for a few weeks or months at a time. Although there is no shared lounge access when I’m home, you’re very welcome to use it when I’m away. I have had previous lodgers and always worked out well, the last guy stayed with me for nearly 3years.. I want you to feel at home and happy to work around your work schedule regarding the bathroom and using the kitchen uninterrupted. My Only condition is you clean up after yourself and be generally considerate in taking care of my home, tidy, trustworthy and reliable. I would prefer dog lovers as my friendly border collie will be curious once he gets to know you. I’m happy to purchase smaller items for the bedroom such as easy chair or desk, but ideally not suitable for anyone home working on a regular basis, though open to discussion.
