Furnished Double Bedroom in quiet cul-de-sac

Good size double bedroom available in my home within the Low Moor area of Clitheroe. There is off road parking and a nice garden with seating to enjoy, its a quiet area. ideally located - walking into Clitheroe town centre takes just 10 to 15 minutes, Roefield Gym & pool is down the road and open countryside just a mile away.

I sometimes work away for 2 to 3 weeks at a time, not quite as often through winter. Your welcome to use the lounge then. Rest of the house is yours to share as you please and I try to be flexible as possible. Only condition is you clean up after yourself and be generally considerate in taking care of my home. You would need to be comfortable with dogs, as I have a friendly border collie.
