Internally the house is open plan with a modern kitchen and living room as well as a brand new shared bathroom downstairs. The bedroom is of a good size and overlooks the well kept rear garden and patio.

Externally there is a good size rear garden with a raised patio that gets plenty of sun year round. The house is fully kitted with clothes washing facilities and the bedroom can come furnished or unfurnished depending on your needs.

Your house mate is 30yo woman who works in the town centre. She’s friendly and interested in all things outdoors, music, art and cooking. She’s hoping to find someone of similar interests. She has a young border collie that is energetic but easy to live with once you get to know him. He can be a little reactive to strangers so someone who likes dogs is a must.
