Refurbished full house

Furnished double bedroom available or un furnished spare bedroom to do as you like.
small back yard with outdoor furniture.
The house only as one bathroom at present so will be shared area.

The house has recently been refurbished from top to bottom so is very clean and tidy and will hope to be kept this way from the right person.

I work full time and can be out for long hours some days, I’m a very chilled out and polite guy, I can have a laugh and don’t mind spending shared time.
I have 2 daughters who live with me part time who are also very happy and polite, i would think the right person will respect this and keep noise levels to a minimum as do we.

professional females preferred as my daughters are living here in the house part time, they are here alone sometimes whilst I’m working.

The area is very quiet and people very friendly.
Short walk to shops, train station, plenty of walking / hiking areas.
Bars, restaurants.

You will be respectful of the house and be clean and tidy.
