About you - I am looking for a professional who will be responsible and respectful and will keep on top of watering the plants. I am looking for someone who will keep the property in good condition and be tidy. No smokers or couples.
About me - I am a 31 year old professional. I am the owner of the property and am responsible for paying the gas, electric, water and WiFi bills, which are included in the monthly rent. I am technically a live-in landlord however I work and live in the south of England. This means I am away from the property most of the time and come back for the odd weekend maybe once or twice per month.
Essentially, should you rent the room, you’ll be renting almost the entire property for the price of the room.
