Available from 23rd June in the quaint town of Clitheroe, is this beautiful room with a king-size bed and a new, private bathroom. This bathroom will NOT be shared as I have my own. It will be entirely for yourself.

Property has recently had a refurbishment and a brand new bathroom. The bathroom is just across the hall from the bedroom, making it almost an en-suite! Double room is furnished including a large built-in wardrobe.

The rest of the property features a kitchen and a spacious but cosey living room which includes a patio door. The door opens onto the back yard, spacious enough for eating outside and looking out over the amazing view of the nature reserve.

The location is ideal, with Bowland Brewery just a 5 minute walk down the road, and the rest of the town centre slightly further. Here, you’ll find many bars, pubs, restaurants and cafes to enjoy during the day and evening.

About you - I am looking for a professional who will be responsible and respectful and will keep on top of watering the plants. I am looking for someone who will keep the property in good condition and be tidy. No smokers or couples.

About me - I am a 31 year old professional. I am the owner of the property and am responsible for paying the gas, electric, water and WiFi bills, which are included in the monthly rent. I am technically a live-in landlord however I work and live in the south of England. This means I am away from the property most of the time and come back for the odd weekend maybe once or twice per month.

Essentially, should you rent the room, you’ll be renting almost the entire property for the price of the room.
