It is in a great, quiet location, and just a 2 min walk from the gym and swimming pool, a short walk from the town centre a main supermarket, and the train and bus stations.

Purchased my house last year and have now met the love of my life and am moving away....only problem is I can't sell it for a least a year as it will cost me £3000 in redemption fees....damn mortgage company!

So......looking to rent out the whole house fully furnished, including all bills for £800 per month or two double rooms independently at £400 each - you need to be easy going, considerate, clean and tidy.

I returned to the UK in 2007 after 10 years working abroad teaching scuba diving. I am very easy going and laid back and looking for a family or two individuals to house share and take care of my lovely house for the next year until I can put it on the market.....I am equally happy to keep it as an investment and rent it out (this would be more preferable).
