Stone built terraced house within walking distance of the town centre. Small garden at the front and rear of the property. Two living rooms downstairs, two bedrooms and shared kitchen and bathroom. Two phonepoints and wireless broadband also.

Generally I am quiet and fairly easygoing, enjoying badminton and walking. The main requirement generally being that anyone renting was honest and open and treated the property with consideration.
