I have lived at my current address for just over 16 years. The house is a terraced and has a dining room and huge llounge.
i have the master bedroom and I have just revamped the back bedroom as it does not really get used .
Brand new single bed , new carpet , storage cupboard with rail for clothing and 2 drawers. There is a wardrobe also in the room to be used.
The price of the rent includes all bills including wi fi .
You are more than welcome to use the dining room if wanted a seperate YOU space.
There is a dining table in there . There is an attic to the property but that is my junk stash LOL
out back , I have spent alot of time, effort and money on creating a lush safe haven. Its partly decked, garden furniture at the top and flower walls that I designed with solar lights behind it.
I have 2 cats - Gizmo and Garfield ......
The kitchen is quite small but easy to clean. Parking is free for all I am afraid.
When you open the front door and look left, you can see Pendle Hill ....
I have not decided if I want someone to rent 7 days a week or just weekends.
