Hi i'm Ryan, I will be your live in landlord I'm searching for a lodger to share my beautiful four bedroom home with myself (39 ) and my friendly dog.
I'm friendly, very tidy, mature but also love to have a good laugh.

Someone clean, tidy, respectful and friendly. It would be ideal for a professional, recent graduate or anyone looking to move away from home.
STRICTLY NO SMOKING.

One double bedroom available has a double bed with a wardrobe and side tables & double bed. Your own bathroom with toilet, shower and bath.
About the house:
This property is beautiful built with a south-facing garden with patio. Yarrow valley park in walking distance.
Large living room and kitchen, with amenities such as washing machine, oven fridge freezer etc. There is also a downstairs toilet.
There is a large double garage and driveway parking.
All bills are included!
The transport links are ideal for direct travel to Manchester, Chorley, wigan, and Buckshaw village train station. Chorley and Chorley train station is 2.9 miles away (Minutes drive) and there is a bus stop a few minutes walk away for wigan and Chorley.
