Hey my names Katie, I’m 40 and live with my little dog Nina. I am looking for some chilled people to share my home with. We love hiking in the hills, gigs at the lion and generally being in nature. I’m currently caring for my mum in Manchester so I’ve had to leave my job and need support to pay my mortgage. This 3 bedroom home is on a quiet Cul de sac, ideally situated in the picturesque Calder Valley, Portmouth, Todmorden. Offering a peaceful atmosphere and charming surroundings.

With easy access to Todmorden either by car (6-8mins drive), taxi £5-6 or by the bus which it situated two minutes walk to the Bus stop on Burnley Road which runs frequently into Todmorden from the far side of Burnley Road and to Burnley if you travel from the near side bus stop.

The house is warm and cosy. I have two work spaces for people working from home.
