Beautiful room in a countryside short let

Hello there!

We have a room coming up on the 24th of January until the 8th of March, potentially 8th of April.

The room is a good size with a built in wardrobe and double bed available. The rest of the house is fully furnished. It’s a 3 story house, your room would be on the top floor, next to Autumn’s room, and it’s generally quiet.

There are 2 cats that live here, Milo and Ember. They are both well behaved and very friendly, two humans also live here, myself (Kelsey) and Autumn. We are both queer and neurodiverse (but not a couple!) we are 28 and 29.
We are looking for someone who wants to move in for a short term as we have our long term housemate arriving in April.
All of the bills are included in the price for the rent, we are looking for someone who is clean, tidy and creative!
The house has a good sized kitchen, a dining room and a really lovely cosy lounge with an L shaped sofa.
We don’t have a TV set up but we do use our friend’s projector for movie nights. We both eat veggie and sometimes meaty meals, we’re open to people with different dietary preferences and more than happy to accommodate with communal meals sometimes. We’re looking for someone who has good communication skills and values openness and honesty, being a neurodiverse household this is an absolute must!
It’s not a party house, but we do have gatherings now and then with some lovely folks, which you’d be welcome to join.
We both smoke, but outside. You’re welcome to also smoke outside,
There is a small patio area outside and steps up to the house, it unfortunately doesn’t have wheelchair access.
