Room and office available immediately in Cornholme

We have a double room and the adjoining office available, to rent together, in a characterful house in Cornholme.. The house has a big kitchen with a dining table, a laundry room, a pantry and a cosy living room with a log burner. All bills are included, apart from wood for the log burner. The house is an old vicarage so it has big sash windows and lots of light coming in.

You’d be living with me and my partner and our cat and dog, so not suitable for someone who doesn’t like pets. We’re a sociable couple and like to get out walking and to the pub but not partying so much anymore. I (Rachel) stay away from home some nights of the week and work weekends currently so am around some weekdays. Alex works full time but is 2 days wfh.

We’re looking for someone who is social and clean and tidy in the main areas of the house. The room has its own door to a hallway from which you can get into the bedroom and office next door., so it’s 2 rooms for the price of one! There are some fitted wardrobes for your stuff, a desk in the office and a double bed and a side table in the bedroom.
