I am a live in landlord (female, 46yrs).
1 room is already occupied by a male lodger (age 26).

We are both tidy, clean, considerate of each other’s work patterns and need for quiet at night.

I have 2 well behaved Labradors and a cat so occupant must be happy with pets.

There is a large shared lounge and a large shared kitchen with your own cupboards for food items, a large fridge freezer to share and use of all kitchen appliances, dishes, cutlery etc.

All bedrooms have locks and only the occupant has keys for their room.

Tv with Roku stick for streaming (can be replaced by your own tv if you prefer)

Quiet neighbourhood
Close to Guild Wheel and lots of wooded/green space walks.
Approx 10mins from M6, M55, bus stops nearby
A number of supermarkets are a short drive away and amenities within a pleasant 20 min walk include convenience shops, post office, community centre, pubs, cafes

Bills incl utilities, broadband and council tax.
