Large Double Room in Crawshawbooth

Large double room in the attic of a two bedroom house to rent.

Fully furnished with plenty of storage plus extra storage (shared) in the eaves.

I currently live in the property with my fiancé, I work away Monday to Friday and return at the weekends. My partner lives there full time.

We have rented the room out previously for just over a year in which time the lady living there managed to save up for her own place.

We are looking for someone who is clean, quiet and considerate and who can provide a reference and proof of income.

The room is technically available straight away but I’m having the window replaced so hence the later date.

I also intend in the future to have a new bathroom and new interior doors but probably not this side of Christmas.

We do have one cat so unfortunately we can’t accommodate another animal.
