I have a room to rent out, it does contain a single bed, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and a tall set of drawers. The room can accomodate a double bed but will minimise space.
The house consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (bath only) a small kitchen, living room and a front room with street parking.
I have a small, friendly, chihuahua who lives at the house.
I do spend a lot of time away from the house as I work full time and have an active social life.
I don’t mind people coming round to the house as long as they are respectful of myself and items in my house.
