The room itself is an attic room.
I live on my own best part of the time, however I do have my 5 year old son every other weekend and over some holidays so if you dont like kids...well this might not be for you. That being said when hes here were normally out anyway.
The bathroom is shared with me in the property, I will be hiring a regular cleaner to ensure that cleanliness is maintained.
