Very large double with ensuite

2 rooms available (I will live in either, whichever doesn't get rented). I have a dog whi is well behaved. I work full time for the civil service. I get up very early and my home is my sanctuary so whilst I'm happy to socialize sometimes, it's not a party house. I am also in my last year of my degree, so peace and quiet is important right now. The loft room has an ensuite and is huge, you could even put a sofa and tv in there if you wanted to. The other room is a good size double, the main bathroom is next door to it. Large kitchen and sunny patio area. Cosy lounge. All bills included. Must view to appreciate. The lease is up next August and I'm unsure if I'm staying or moving closer to work. Just want to up front about everything.
