Double room in big recently refurbished house. Very spacious, clean and bright. Large living room plus big reception room, large kitchen diner, large bathroom. Very close to town center and train station. On street parking and free car park across the road from the house.
Excellent central location. New triple glazed windows throughout so nice and quite inside, gas central heating throughout. Large double oven cooker catering for vegetarians and meat eaters. Loads of cupboard space for you. Very well equipped kitchen diner with everything you need. This bedroom also has a wall mounted smart TV installed and USB sockets. . It is next to the bathroom which has a rain shower a large l shaped bath, sink and toilet. Currently 2 housemates plus myself, both very quite and respectful mature professional gentlemen. Smoking is permitted but restricted to the kitchen and the outside yard area adjacent to the kitchen. This is a very nice quite and peaceful house. We all get along very well. Looking for a nice quite mature professional gentleman.
