Im currently looking for somone to buddy up with and share the property. I rent a two bed property with the big room with onsuite available. Room is secure and located at the front of the property with nice views. House must be respected.
I currently work 12hr day Monday to Thursday and some Fridays. I have a cat and fish so someone animal friendly.
Smokers welcome but will have to smoke at the rear if the property.
No drugs or violence will be tolerated.
Band A council tax but this is covered by the monthly rent.
