my lovely old housemate unfortunately had to move back to iceland so im looking for someone to take her place

you will get a HUGE 3rd floor attic room and double bed and a separate office space that you can use for whatever. the house also has a three piece bathroom, kitchen with washing machine, front room, living room, and i have an office and bedroom as well. your part of the house also has a door separating it from the communal areas so privacy is assured! and i am the only other person living here so we don’t have to worry about sharing the bathroom 5 ways or any of that nonsense

in total rent, council tax and bills works out to be around £500 each per month with winter being a little pricier due to gas usage 💵

should i have tidied up before taking the photos? maybe. will i tidy up before you move in? yes! i’ll make sure everything is super beautiful and perfect for you to get your things in

im looking for an answer before december 18th (and your deposit) but you have until january 18th before you have to pay anything and you can move in whenever from now

a bit about me: im 24, i like playing video games and drawing, and i unironically love darwen and would love to stay here. also, Im a DSP driver so im out for most of the day.

i dont mind what kind of job you have, im really not picky and we can have as much or as little involvement in each other’s lives as you would like

the house is on harwood street in darwen so is a commuter town to manchester with the train station about 10 minutes away
