Due to my former lodger of 2 years moving on, I now have available a lovely single room, in an end of terrace house situated close to Sunnyhurst woods in Darwen.
There is easy access to the motorway, and Darwen train station is within easy walking distance.
It is furnished with bed, wardrobe, drawers, and desk. There is a modern kitchen, with all mod cons, a 4 piece bathroom, with separate shower, and 2 reception rooms.
We have broadband, and cable TV, and all bills are included.
Round the back is a yard with secure double gates, with room to park off road if needed.
